Anybody can do yoga and at any time of the day. A regular routine of 30 – 50 minutes of yoga practice is good for fat loss since it helps in improving the metabolism rate as well. Yoga helps in muscle toning as a result of which one looks young and fit.

Yoga is beneficial for children as well. It helps in increasing brain stamina(concentration) as well as height among growing children (8 –12 years). Yoga Teacher Training Certification Course in association with Shri Krishna Yoga Sanstha.

Yogarcharya Sachin Dhotre who is been a practitioner of Hathyoga is the founder of Shri Krishna Yoga Sanstha. He has been practising Yoga even before he understood the world. He started this institute to induct people to Yoga & Meditation. Sachin Dhotre has been instrumental in influencing people to adapt Yoga as way of Life. He runs these classes with similarly qualified teachers and Yoga practitioners.

It comprises of 3 hours theory and practice sessions every week followed by 3 practice sessions of 1 hour each at our Yogalife Studio, Viman Nagar. It also gives an opportunity to take trail classes at Yogalife Studio. At YogaLife Studio we have already certified 30 Yoga teachers who are running classes at our studio, other gyms and also on their own. One can choose to complete the course between 2-3 months, depending on the practice and regularity. At the end of the course you will be given the Yoga Teacher Certification which is nationally and internationally recognised.

The classes will be conducted by Dhananjay Shrirang Jagtap who has been practising yoga for more than a decade. He is a deputy Yog Teacher of Patanjali Yog Samiti. He has completed Kundalini Meditation Course Level-2 and has trained more than 250 yoga teachers. Successful Yoga teachers are running their own classes within India and outside India.

Meditation

Meditation is that which gives you deep rest. Meditation is an activity in which the practitioner just sits and allows the mind to dissolve. In Art of Living, meditation is a simplified activity which can easily be practiced by all.

Pranayam

Pranayam purifies ida and pingala nadi,
and also removes sensory distraction of mind. It is used to energy the mind for mental work to sleepiness and to prepare to the mind for meditation.

Yogalife

A restorative yoga sequence typically involves less postures, much less focus on heat & dynamic strength. Instead its aim is to help students unwind both physically & emotionally.

Sachin Sakat – Founder & Yoga Practitioner

With over 8 years in the fitness industry, Sachin is a sincere dedicated & goal oriented fitness expert. He started as gym trainer and gradually moved towards being a personal trainer & yoga practitioner. While he completed his certification in kettle bell, ACSM & Aerobics, he realised his niche in Yoga. Today Yoga is his way of life . He believes that everyone can practice yoga which has a long term impact on one’s lifestyle. In order to keep this passion alive and impart knowledge he has created this YogaLife studio to share the various tools and techniques of Yoga with his members, friends & family.

Moumita Gokhale - Founder

With over 18 years in the corporate, Moumita believes in bringing about wholesome development through value added learning and development solutions.
